This was our first time there , and because I made booked it through open table. When I was asked my name the host said happy anniversary and my wife was surprised that they knew that, the server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food and gave us a brief history about the chef. I'm a Chef myself and I think that was awesome. Our appetizer was a beefsteak tartare, and a dehydrated beef skewers, we shared the entree which was sauteed spinach and roasted fingerling potatoes and a 14oz ribeye, that just melted in your mouth, we had a complimentary dessert which was a chocolate mousse cake, we also ordered another dessert. It was the best experience we ever had in a long time and we definitely going back again. Thanks for a wonderful anniversary dinner. More

If you are looking for a truly fine dining experience with superb food and a service level that is a cut above then go here. It’s pricy. However, in this case you get what you pay for. Our servers were 5 stars. The appetizers, drinks and food were impeccable. A true blue 5-star dining experience that will make you feel like royalty for an evening. Loved everything about this place. It all started when...
Chef Sheridan Su was born in Chinatown, Los Angeles and raised in Monterey Park, CA. Growing up in an area considered by many gourmands as home to some of the finest Asian restaurants in the world, this was a giant playground for his culinary beginnings. Since a child, Sheridan has had a fascination with taste and the transformation of ingredients, leading a very natural path to becoming a chef. Upon graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Sheridan embarked on a culinary journey that has shaped who he is today. He has spent time in the acclaimed kitchens of Ambrosia on Huntington in Boston, Atelier in New York, and Sona in Los Angeles.

Here in Las Vegas, he has been on the opening teams of prestigious restaurants including, Joël Robuchon at the Mansion, Social House, Wazuzu, and as Executive Chef at Comme Ça. More

Discover Las Vegas

Second only to gambling the world’s most recognizable gaming destination, restaurant culture in Las Vegas is loud and proud. A popular outpost for Food Network stars’ restaurant offshoots or New York and Los Angeles restaurateurs looking for space and an eager audience, Las Vegas has been a real player on the culinary scene for years, despite its landlocked situation (unsustainable though it may seem, fish abounds.) In addition to the glitzy big names of casino restaurants, the city off-the-strip is dotted with strip malls many of which have become food destinations of their own. Whether its regional thai or better sushi than you ever thought could be served in the desert, the world is your, figurative, oyster in Vegas.
