    We really enjoy the food and the people at Twisted Fern. We travel through Park City once a month and we actively seek out the food and team at Twisted Fern. Occasionally, we try other restaurants in Park City and we always come back to Twisted Fern. We love the variety of food, seasonal specials, and the rich use of textures and spices. The people are very knowledgeable, warm, friendly and efficient. The team treats everyone like a local. There is very little turnover which is an indication that they are treated well by the owner(s)...a great sign! A great place. A great experience!

    Had a great meal at Grappa last night! We had a reservation at 6pm for our party of 4 and were greeted upon arrival and seated promptly by the lovely hostess Ellie. Doug was our server and he was excellent! Attentive, kind, knowledgeable, made great recommendations and always made sure our drinks were full. Thank you Neft for taking time to ask us about our night and going the extra mile. A final thank you to Chef Fernando! He accommodated every request and fed us well! We left full and happy. Highly recommend. Ask for Doug to be your server
