Del's Restaurant is a classic American and Mexican eatery that has been open and operating in New Mexico since 1956. Each of the main courses is served with soup, salad bar and one choice of side from options like broccoli, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, buttered corn, French fries, applesauce and onion rings. Some of Del's specialties are the 12 oz. ribeye steak, hand-breaded chicken fried steak, roast beef dinner, crispy catfish, fish n' chips and the hickory chicken that is topped with a housemade barbecue sauce along with bacon, caramelized onions and melted cheddar cheese.
