I love what this restaurant wants to do, and I love that they are almost there. They’ve very recently opened and there are a few kinks to work out. A mislabeled wine here, an app with tons of potential but way over-salted there. But the entrees were all Home Runs. The cafe paradiso is a light, refreshing espresso martini distinct from the normal heavy-handed ones you get at Strip restaurants. Our server, Isaac, is going to be an amazing server if that’s what he wants to do. Like the restaurant, he is fairly new, but his kindness and enthusiasm shines through and overcomes any small missteps. The management team has been well chosen and knows how to smooth over potentially challenging situations. Get your reservation now because when these small issues are ironed out, this will likely be a tough restaurant to find a seat in.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Beauty & Essex! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant and exciting, setting the stage for an unforgettable night. The food was nothing short of amazing—every dish was thoughtfully crafted, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. A special shoutout to Brittany at the bar—she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly made our experience even better. Hands down, she makes the best drinks! Each cocktail was expertly mixed, perfectly balanced, and simply delicious. Her energy and hospitality added such a fun and personal touch to our evening. If you’re looking for a place with great vibes, top-tier service, and outstanding food and drinks, Beauty & Essex is the spot. I can’t wait to come back!

We LOVED the ambiance, cocktails and cuisine! The bread basket was SO DELISH!! The pierogis phenomenal as well! I loved my Martha-tini and Martha's Manhattan. We shared the scallops and roasted chicken and a wonderful evening was had by all. We were marginally disappointed by the fact that despite a modest 8pm Thursday reservation (in Vegas!?!?), the restaurant was cleared out and closing at 10pm leaving us to feel a tad rushed during our evening.

The service is always on point… Food even better. Brunch egg choices are always our favorite. The Maple old fashion is our drink of choice.
