    We had a wonderful anniversary dinner. The host and the server both greeted us by name and wished us a happy anniversary, and had a champagne toast ready. The cheese plate and both entrees (risotto and the 88 burger) were superb. The chocolate torte was also great but a little small for the price. Overall a big winner in a unique house setting, and a strong recommendation!

    Nice dinner. Was a little loud to begin with but once the large party left. It was very pleasant and intimate. Food was delicious but I do think the steak was on the small side. 8 oz was the only option. Everything else was well proportioned.

    Great food— everything we ate was excellent. The shrimp cocktail was delicious and enough for 2… could have fed 3. The salads were good thanks to the in-house dressing ( vinaigrette and Caesar). Filet mignon and Chateaubriand were melt in your mouth tender with Bearnaise and Cognac Peppercorn sauces (the latter was especially good). And a lovely crème brûlée to finish was great! The house wines—Cab and Bordeaux were both very drinkable and paired well with our meal. A+ for service. Emily was outstanding, pleasant, funny and never in the way. Her pacing for the food was no less than perfect. We had an excellent meal and pleasant evening

    The Chop House Bistro was the perfect place to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary!! The service was great, drinks were amazing, and the food was delicious! We both had salads and I had the scallops and my husband had the ribeye. Everything was wonderful. I would like to mention that they were very careful and accommodating as I have a gluten allergy. We plan to dine there again when we are back in the area.
