Reservations are open for lunch and dinner. What’s in the name you ask? We don’t really know, other than the fact that it has a good ring to it. Nothing really about this place makes much sense. Are we a butcher shop or a restaurant? Are we a butcher shop inside of a restaurant? Or a restaurant inside of a butcher shop? In our spare time we like to build fires and cook food over wood, you can hire us to do that. We make all of our own charcuterie in house, and we’re determined to get better at that everyday. How do two concepts operate together in harmony? We don’t really know yet, but we will work at it ‘til it’s seamless. One thing we do know, all of the meat served and sold between these four walls is strictly derived from whole animals butchered in-house, sourced from happy places.

    I have been to many wineries and restaurants in the Niagara region. The Good Earth Food and Wine Co. is one of my new favourites. We had the pasta special and hamburger. Delicious! The wine pairings were also excellent.

    It was outstanding. We ordered the porchetta sandwich 5 stars, the smokehouse burger was good, the beef was cooked to perfection. I prefer the cheeseburger though. The tempura broccoli, give me 100 orders that was incredible. I dont care for tomatoes but I went out of my comfort zone and had the tomatoe salad. Where has this been all my life. What an incredible mix of flavors. And to top it off a decadent sticky toffee pudding. Absolutely outstanding meal.

    All the meals were excellent, and our server Caleb was very good too! we were greeted by a lovely hostess and enjoyed a drink at the bar before our table was ready. they had us reserved fora booth but before we were seated we were moved to a window table which was great! We had a lovey time and the value for money was excellent. We will be back.

    My wife and I had a fantastic meal at the Lake House Restaurant this past weekend. We were served by Brianda, who was very attentive. We had the Paella for two, which is one of our favorite dinners. The quality of the fish and other ingredients were outstanding. As always, what a fantastic meal. Please tell your entire Staff to keep up the excellent service.

    Relatives from New Hampshire were visiting, and I wanted to show them Niagara Falls and have lunch at a winery. I contacted Vineland Estates Winery Restaurant and made a reservation for the three of us. We were all delighted with the choice. It was my first time at this winery, but it won't be the last. I hope to bring my sister next time. Our server, Rebecca, was very attentive and helpful and put up with our joking and questions with grace and humor. The wine was excellent, and the food was far beyond what I expected. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed after eating at this restaurant.
