My wife and I got to our reservation early and were kindly seated at the bar where we enjoyed a gin drink called the French-75 (Gin, Sparkling Wine and citrus with a hint of something sweet). After getting to our table l, exactly on time, the bartender brought our drinks from the bar, and I ordered a half bottle of spectacular Pinot Noir. Then we ordered the ahi tuna and the burratta. The Captain Server was kind enough to split our Ahi between us, it was perfect with a hint of citrus. The Burratta was also amazing with homage chips that were deliciously fun with the flavors of creamy burrata. In between two surprises can in the form of puff pastry and cheese treat that was delicious but hard to describe. For the mains we lamb and the duck. Aus just for both were spectacular. The lamb was medium and simply perfectly done, while the duck was also perfect with moist texture and crisp skin. For desert we each got one desert, I got the Modnight Chocolate Cake with a port wine and my wife got the passion fruit tarte with a sweet aperitif, we shared for an amazing taste experience. An amazing end to a phenomenal meal.
