Great experience tonight. The food was cooked as ordered, and served promptly. All of the service were great, and friendly. A very nice meal, and really good environment.

Food was delicious and the drinks were great too! The kir royale is very good. Everyone in my party enjoyed their steaks and the seafood linguine was yummy! The restaurant itself is beautiful! Would definitely recommend eating here, and if you have a special occasion, then this place is perfect!

Early Valentine's Dinner - Great Food & Service - Highly Recommend!

Luis was a GREAT server! As this was our first time at Carson’s we had a lot of questions about the menu and he answered every one with the upmost patience. The variety is wide and there is something for everyone’s taste. The steaks we had were so tender and cooked perfectly. The sides were large and the appetizer of salmon bruschetta was Wow!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

I think our servers name was Allie. She was super great and nice.
