Pietro’s is a family-owned and operated restaurant located in the central valley, the heart of wine country. Pietro’s originated in 1956 in Vacaville, California. The patriarch of the Murdaca family, Pietro Murdaca, opened the original location on Cernon Street shortly after immigrating from Southern Italy.     Our server Jaylen B was outstanding. He was busy yet still very attentive and upbeat. He was polite, courteous and did not forget anything we asked for. We had 2 Birthdays and he was on top of that right after our meals. He was great and I would have him be a trainer for his peers on how to greet, serve, compliment and stay professional with a smile. Jaylen if you decide to continue serving think upscale and you earned what I gave you over the 22% and a great review. Job well done, your hospitality was flawless.

    We had outstanding service from Fabiola, she always greets with a smile and takes excellent care of us. Also the hostesses at Market Tavern are just the best, again always greets us with a smile and try to accommodate us on seating.
