Just a phenomenal experience. Diego and Pablo absolutely made our night. The food was all excellent, I wouldn’t make a single change and what we ordered. We were not rushed, the wine was beautiful, after dinner drinks and dessert, exceptional. It’s so nice to have a space we can count on to never disappoint. Thank you!

We did the Rosh Hashana dinner and my gosh it was good. They didn’t rush you, the food was well presented, and was just flat out delicious. Next morning status: i am still full

Monday nights Willow Room offers a $38 prix fixe. After a Steppenwolf program we discovered this special. The choices were varied and all some of the best offerings on the menu. The short ribs were incredible. Our waitress April was very attentive and made our meal even more enjoyable

This is a new favorite! No wonder this establishment has been around for over 30 years. Their quality when it comes to seafood rivals Avec. Their portion sizes, deals, and taste compete with my dear Ignotz and La Scarola. It's unpretentious, as well. Like my Ignotz and La Scarola, there's no frills. It exists as a humble abode that welcomes all. Its modesty says something, considering it's across the street from Alinea and my beloved Boka. They could have given in to the elevation of their neighbors (no shade, or tea, just sayin'😄). They chose to be an understated Chicago dive instead. That speaks volumes. Come here for the best seafood you'll have in Chicago, in my opinion...so far😉 Thank you for a lovely lunch. I will be back!

Visited for happy hour to celebrate a friend’s birthday and had an amazing time! They completely changed their outdoor patio and the esthetic is gorgeous, all while functional. The server provided birthday shots and a happy hour menu to get us started. The drinks were delicious (try the chili margarita!) and we couldn’t get enough of the street corn avocado dip. Go for the happy hour, you won’t be disappointed with the quality or the price!
