Steeped in history, this location played a pivotal role in the nail-making and shipbuilding industries, which were essential in supporting America during the War of 1812. In fact, it was this significance that led the British Royal Navy to launch an attack here via the S.S. Nimrod on June 13, 1814.

    I liked it. It was a trip from rhode island, but worth it. An unassuming restaurant with welcoming decor. The menu is somewhat limited but the food was prepared excellently. Great service and ambiance! Will be back.
