- NNicoleVIPSouth Carolina •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoO-Ku did not disappoint! It was finally nice to visit the OG O-Ku, and our experience was made even better by our wonderful server, Alexis. She’s been with O-Ku for many years, and it showed—her recommendations were spot on, and she was incredibly personable. It’s rare to find that kind of experience and knowledge in a server, and she made the night even more special This was also a meaningful night out because it was Chazz first night out in Charleston—and he spent it with his mama, it was great to unwind over some amazing sushi in such a great atmosphere.More infoO-KuPrice: Moderate• Japanese• Downtown Charleston•4.8

Brittany took exception care of us all night with a wonderful wine selection. From start to finish, every dish was a masterpiece, showcasing fresh ingredients, expert preparation, and bold flavors. We began with the burrata salad, which was beautifully balanced—creamy burrata paired with ripe tomatoes, a drizzle of high-quality olive oil, and a touch of balsamic that brought everything together. Next came the calamari, perfectly crispy yet tender, accompanied by a bright and zesty dipping sauce that kept us coming back for more. For the main course, we indulged in a variety of offerings. The pizza was a standout—wood-fired to perfection with a blistered crust, rich tomato sauce, and just the right amount of cheese and toppings. The pork loin was cooked to juicy perfection, served alongside a flavorful accompaniment that complemented its richness. The agnolotti, delicate pasta pillows filled with a luscious filling, were coated in a velvety sauce that made every bite a delight. To end on a sweet note, the cannoli dessert was simply divine—crispy fried donuts with smooth, lightly sweetened ricotta and a hint of citrus that elevated the flavors. The ambiance at Indaco was warm and inviting, and the service was top-notch—attentive without being intrusive. Whether you’re a local or visiting Charleston, Indaco is a must-visit for anyone craving exceptional Italian cuisine. We can’t wait to return!More infoIndacoPrice: Moderate• Italian• Downtown Charleston•4.8
- JJeffreyMontreal / Quebec •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoOpen Table app respected my request for table selection and we got a great table when arriving at the restaurant. The service was very good with exception that, we received our drink order, about 2 minutes later got some chips to nosh on... and within 3 minutes had dinner put down in front of us! it was like they knew what we wanted to eat, and wanted us OUT of there quick! Literally no time to even enjoy the ambiance of the inside of the restaurant itself before we had our dinners in front of us. Honestly, it was very disappointing, while the restaurant was busy, there were no lines of people waiting to get in and no reason to push us / rush us out the door! I think our reservation was at 7Pm and we were out the door by 7:30 ish. THe food was tremendous (well the Tuna Poke bowl was) THe Ravioli's were good but they were so heavy - like lead bombs so while there were plenty, could not finish them becasue they were so heavy! THe amount of food provided per dinner was plentiful, like I said the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl was absolutely phenomenal! my dinner guest actually stopped eating her raviolis and ate some of my Poke Bowl because the raviolis were just so heavy! THe waiter was very nice (I dont blame him for the quick service) but it should have been slowed down so we could enjoy! I still recommend and definitely will be back (with the request that dinner come out slowly and let us enjoy our drinks and appetizers!)More infoChurch and Union - CharlestonPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown Charleston•4.5
- AAaronNashville •21 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 3, 2025The food and service were amazing! No words to describe how great everyone was...and then the food...OMG! It was even better than we expected. The ribeye steak was perfection, the mashed potatoes were better than my grandmother's, and the mushrooms were the best I've ever had! For our starter, of course the she crab soup. It was just amazing. And for dessert, the coconut cake, which is my fiancé's fav, and he said it was the best he's ever had! Go now!!! Perfect for a special occasion and highly recommended!More infoPeninsula GrillPrice: Very Expensive• American• Downtown Charleston•4.6
