    Arethusa is by far our favorite place to eat! The dining experience is always exceptional—food is delicious and prepared beautifully, the service is professional, attentive, and friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and decorated warmly! You must go! You will never be disappointed.

    A unique experience to see the students in action. From the wait staff to the food preparation, this dining experience has been phenomenal. Your expectations should reflect the fact that it is a learning facility. That said, we felt very taken care of with professional, yet personable and friendly staff. The food was good. The cheddar grits lacked flavor but the fried chicken and lamb were delicious. The yeast butter rolls are to die for! The corn crème brûlée was amazingly delicious. The flavor combination there was both unique and interesting. I believe the price is a tad on the higher side given the fact that it is a learning facility. If I got a hair cut at a professional salon school I pay quite a bit less. All and all, don’t miss this one of a kind opportunity to experience what may be the next top level chef serving you!!
