Love everything about this hotel restaurant! Our service on Sunday (Ben!) was perfect and impeccable and friendly and knowledgeable, Ben really made our experience so wonderful. The omelettes, the lattes, the desserts, the teas… literally everything was flavorful and perfection. The ambiance was also so beautiful and relaxing, we were really able to enjoy ourselves and catch up over a lovely leisurely meal.

A really nice experience, great food and kind team ! We had the peak menu which comprised a starter (grilled mackerel with a salad), then two sets of 6 nigiri sushi’s (you can indicate if you don’t like certains type of fishes or shells), Finlay a miso soup with a sweet little attention. Everything was well balanced in taste and spices. A pity we live so far and cannot taste this more often !

We were late for reservation as the traffic was bad. However, the waiter took care of us promptly and food came within 15 minutes. What an amazing service. We had 30 minutes to spare before the concert started at Benaroya Hall. Also I was pleasantly surprised that the homeless people were not in front of the restaurant as I heard it was not a good neighborhood anymore. Everything is good now.
