Dining at The Little Inn of Bayfield - At The Little Inn, discover two unique dining experiences that blend historic charm with Huron County hospitality. The Willow Room offers casual fine dining in a landmark setting where generations have gathered. Our chef creates seasonal dishes using locally sourced produce, fish from Lake Huron, and Ontario-grown proteins, paired perfectly with craft beers and fine wines. For a more relaxed atmosphere, visit The Four-in-Hand Taproom, our historic 1847 bar once frequented by stagecoach travellers. Today, it’s a welcoming spot to enjoy local beers on tap, regional and international wines, handcrafted cocktails, and curated spirits. WE LOVE LOCAL. YOUR FARM TO TABLE HEADQUARTERS.Now well into our third decade in business, Eddington’s attributes the restaurant’s success to creating flavorful and creative meals consistently using the best of Huron County’s bounty.Owner James Eddington states “we are so blessed to be living in such an agriculturally rich area of the world”.Although the local food movement is really starting to take off, it has always been the driving force in Eddington’s kitchen. A menu that changes frequently, as each season inspires the delicacies our region has to offer.Eddington’s occupies the original Carling homestead (built in the 1870’s). After two major renovations, an addition of the a new dining room and a serene outdoor backyard summer patio, the restaurant has a clean and modern look while maintaining its traditional and warm feel.
