- AAverianHouston •7 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoMy husband and I live in Clear Lake and had absolutely no idea that this stunning restaurant was tucked away so close to home. Marais in Dickinson is truly a hidden treasure. We were greeted by Gregory, who welcomed us with the biggest smile and one of the warmest, most genuine personalities I've encountered in a long time. He looked at my husband and me and said he knew exactly where to seat us for our first visit. He was right! Our table overlooked everything. The restaurant is situated next to beautiful Dickinson Bayou, and the atmosphere felt like stepping into an elegant Louisiana restaurant. I actually had to reposition my chair so I could take in the incredible view and beautiful décor while still paying attention to my husband! Then came our server, Breanna. Gregory told us she was one of their heavy hitters, and he couldn't have been more right. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making our entire dining experience even more enjoyable. Her personality was just as wonderful as Gregory's. I had been looking forward to trying the Seafood Tower after seeing pictures. It's an appetizer that I happily made my meal, paired with the Lobster Mac & Cheese. REAL lobster, and it was outstanding! Every bite was worth it. My husband ordered one of the seafood platters, but honestly, I was completely captivated by my Seafood Tower, Lobster Mac & Cheese, and my absolutely delicious Espresso Martini! Then came dessert. We ordered the Bananas Foster Bread Pudding, it's what dreams are made of! Two of my all-time favorite desserts combined into one unforgettable masterpiece. It was so amazing that I've already decided I'll never share that dessert again! By the end of the evening, neither of us wanted to leave. We found ourselves lingering, taking in the atmosphere one last time before promising each other that we'd be back very soon—and often. Thank you, Gregory and Breanna, for making our first visit one we'll never forget.More infoMarais$$$$• American• Dickinson•4.7

- WWadeGoldHouston •198 reviews5.0Dined on Jun 26, 2026We love the staff here as much as the food. The Crab-Stuffed Avocado appetizer is delicious. I wish the chips were thicker and the red sauce were a little less spicy. But the margaritas are excellent, and the seafood dishes are all great. My Wife is shy, but always does a little happy dance as we are about to enter Lupe Tortilla!More infoLupe Tortilla - Kemah$$$$• Mexican• League City•5

They couldn't stop raving about the food, the service, and how nice the restaurant was. I already knew this to be a great establishment which is why I booked a reservation for them.
