Founded by restaurateur Marno McDermott and former Green Bay Packers player Max McGee in 1975, Chi-Chi's quickly became a beloved staple in the American dining scene. Initially opened in Richfield, Minnesota, the restaurant stood out with its vibrant Mexican "eatery" concept, enticing guests with family dining in a Mexican garden atmosphere and offering superb food and pitchers of margaritas.     A get together with long lost friends. GDC was the perfect place for us to reconnect. Delicious food and lattes, we could easily hear each other and we had a delightful waitress. Highly recommend GDC!

    i’d like to say my waiter was very very patient and well communicative and very well time to responsive when it comes to getting our food brought to us and the service.
