Beautiful decor. Attentive, friendly service. Short ribs were served hot. And delicious.cesare salad w shrimp great. Will be back.. prices a bit high considering Ventura County but everything was fresh.

Service was great. All of the pasta was outstanding, the salads were very average. Appetizer (roasted garlic bruschetta was outstanding.

Our first time at Holdren's after hearing so many positive reviews about it. The hostess was so pleasant and kindly seated us in a booth, as requested. Our waitress, Ashley, was the best! When we go back (and we WILL!) I hope to get Ashley again. Our entrees were perfectly cooked (steak and salmon) with tasty sides. Bar service was great. Desserts also sooo good! Highly recommend.

Delicious food and unbelievably great service. We were in and out in 45 minutes. We had the ceviche appetizer along with ahi tuna salad and blackened ahi. The smoked old fashioned was really good. The salad dressing was a little heavy on the salad but a minor thing.
