We kindly ask that our guests are aged 12 years and older and pets are left at home. Our limited space against the window is our most popular request; we may not be able to fulfill all requests in the evening. WELCOME TO THE HAPPY VALLEY FILLING STATION!We're a brewery, we're a pizzeriaWe're a BREWZERIAThe Happy Valley Filling Station was born from a sense of purpose. Jesse and Angela bought the property in 2019 to prevent The Dollar General from moving into Happy Valley and then thought, “now what?” They determined that the greatest need was a community gathering spot, where neighbors can come together. And what brings people together more than food and drink? So began a years-long journey to create the best pizza and beer possible, sourced from the highest quality local ingredients. The Happy Valley Filling Station is here for the community, to bring neighbors together and introduce new friends to the Valley. We hope y'all stay a while!Angela and Jesse

Such a great restaurant! To start we had Old Fashions, citrusy and yummy, and the lamb meatballs and focaccia- both delicious. For dinner we had a flat bread and a pasta special- again- delicious. I would've liked the food a bit warmer but Im a stickler for hot meals😂. The noise level was great, we could easily carry on our conversation. I can't wait to visit again the next time we are in Boone. Miller was our server and he was outstanding. Polite, attentive, and accommodating.

Creative cocktail/mocktails, appetizers and entrees - had the trout, very large portion, over coconut rice. Husband had the fried chicken with collard greens and mashed potatoes. All very good. Service from Jesse was outstanding. He was en pointe! Nice evening. Will return next time in town.

Our server, George, was amazing. He gave excellent recommendations and was spot on. We had the Cuban crepe as our appetizer. I’m so glad we did!! It was amazing. Absolutely delicious and so flavorful. For our entrees we had the ramen and the ribeye. Both were delicious as well. All the the different flavors from both dishes were impressive. They definitely know what they’re doing there.

Chetola is one of the most beautiful settings in the Blowing Rock area. Haven, its signature restaurant, offers delicious food and drinks and attentive service in a cozy, intimate setting. It is especially appealing in the fall, with fires blazing and nature putting on a show outdoors. Put on your sweater and enjoy a cocktail by the firepit followed by lunch or dinner on the patio. Or dine indoors and enjoy the fireplace. You may get a bit nostalgic for bygone times in lovely, historical Chetola.
