Excellent meal from start to finish! Fresh, hot, great South American flavors. The wine we wanted was out of stock, but was offered a comparable bottle which worked out.

Service is excellent, food is good/solid hotel restaurant food. We got seated in the back darker room, I recommend the front brighter dining area for brunch.

Incredible food and service. The prosciutto sandwich was great and their pizzas are a hit. That’s why Robert’s gets 5-stars. Bonus points for being nicely decorated for the holidays and for attentive service from Cynthia, our server, the bus staff and managers on the floor. My only complaint is that the folks at the host stand said my table would be a ready in “a couple of minutes”. Perhaps I’m too literal but when I checked back 12-minutes later (which was 12-minutes after my reservation time) I was made to feel like I was asking too soon. Recco: if it’s going to be 15-minutes after my reservation, just say so. “A couple of minutes” implies pretty fast. Honestly, if she said “a few minutes” I probably wouldn’t have checked back when I did. I don’t expect to be seated exactly at my reservation time. I do expect an estimate that’s not woefully understated and I totally don’t expect to be chastised when I check for an update.

Beautiful location, amazing food and drink. We were unable to sit until the whole party arrived and because we have 2 fewer than the original reservation, we were brought to a smaller table that 6 did not fit well at. We asked to be moved and the staff were able to find us an open table that was much better, it was likely the table we would have been at the 8. The waitress was amazing! Very passionate about the restaurant, menu, and the background. Very attentive and had honest recommendations. We shared apps and pastas. The steaks and other non-pasta dinners take 45min to prepare. We decided to forgo those. The spinach pasta was delightful, highly recommend! The cost was pretty reasonable. For 6 adults with about 2 drinks each and plenty of food, we each paid about $100. It is a lettuce entertain you so don’t forget to add your reward number to the check. Will definitely be back
