- NNicholeSeattle / Eastern Washington •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoReview for The George at The Fairmont Olympic Hotel If opulence had a taste, it would be found at The George at The Fairmont Olympic Hotel. This is not just a dining experience — it is a masterpiece of sensory immersion. From the moment you step inside, you are enveloped by an atmosphere of grandeur and elegance that feels both regal and intimate. The architecture alone is worthy of reverence, with soaring ceilings, intricate details, and an undeniable sense of luxury woven into every inch of the space. But the true magic lies in the dining experience itself. Every dish is a revelation. The flavors are not merely balanced — they are orchestrated. Each bite feels like a journey, with layers of taste unfolding on the palate in ways that linger long after the plate is empty. The attention to detail is astonishing — from the presentation of each dish to the thoughtful selection of ingredients that feel both classic and innovative. Even the seating feels intentional. Plush, inviting, and perfectly arranged to create a sense of intimacy while still allowing you to drink in the beauty of the surroundings. It’s clear that nothing at The George is accidental. Everything serves the experience. This was more than a date night — it was an encounter with beauty, artistry, and indulgence in its highest form. Five stars do not feel like enough. If you’re looking for a space where luxury meets warmth, and refinement meets wonder, The George is not to be missed.More infoThe GeorgePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.4
- JJustineSeattle / Eastern Washington •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoMy mother and I accidentally stumbled into the pink door about a year or so ago. We smelled it and followed our noses. Now we are hooked.. We try to go to The Pink door whenever we see a show in Seattle. It's not easy to get in unless you have a reservation but the food is amazing. Their Bolognese is perfection. From the pasta to the sauce it is what all other Bolognese strives to be. We also got the gnocchi with gorgonzola cream sauce and pomegranate. It is rich but the tangy pomegranate cuts it just right. And the gnocchi is pillowy and light. Service is friendly as always. Atmosphere has some strange elements when it comes to decor but even with some of the strangeness, it's still cozy overall. I already have a reminder set to book our next reservation.More infoThe Pink DoorPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Belltown / Pike Place Market•4.8

Variety of food, spices, and presentation of food was lovely. We had 3 appetizers at the table and 4 entrees that we shared. - SSarahSeattle / Eastern Washington •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoMy husband and I have been here several times and absolutely love it! Il Bristro is a very quiet, old world feeling Italian restaurant with classic delicious food. The price is moderate given the location and service is amazing.More infoIL BISTROPrice: Expensive• Italian• Belltown / Pike Place Market•4.5
- CClydonCorpus Christi / McAllen •2 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 29, 2024I’ve been to Ben Paris previously for dinner and had an amazing server by the name of Hatti or Hatty? She pronounced it as “Hat-Tea” and she definitely left a lasting impression. She recommended a pasta with a certain type of beef, which was outstanding. Came back into town with my family who have never been to Seattle and immediately booked a breakfast. The meals were just as delicious as the dinner meals. Highly recommend dining here not only because of the food and service, but the location is the best (one block from Pike Place Market). I’d recommend parking in the parking garage across the street which gives you easy access to everything, which I believe costs about $26 overnight, but definitely worth the price due to location.
