We will be back! Was too cold to sit outside so if you are just having a drink, there's a sofa beside the open fire or pop to the other side of the bar for the restaurant where there is another open fire. The stacked pancakes for dessert were delayed for some reason so we asked for a takeaway box. When the bill came the waitress said they had taken the pancakes off as an apology for the delay & not having them on time, which was a lovely gesture and amazing customer service. We are locals & eat at Bills regularly and little gestures like that mean we will always be back!
