- DDanPhoenix / Arizona •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoWe chose Porterhouse for a special occasion (anniversary dinner) and selected the Tomahawk steak and lobster tails dinner for two. The steak with a mushroom and French onion topping was butter tender and delicious. Each lobster tail was pre-extracted and accompanied by clarified butter and a lemon wedge. The house salad (there are other options for soup or salad) was tasty with the blue cheese dressing. Both the texture and taste of the lobster were excellent. One spouse had a loaded baked potato, and the other had green beans almondine for our vegetable sides. We finished with a delicious double chocolate cake. We took home a large portion of the steak and maybe half the cake, so serving sizes were generous. Overall, a wonderful evening with attentive, professional staff and food that tasted excellent and looked the part of a special dining experience. The high-backed booth was intimate enough for couples. For a high-end restaurant, it was busy on a Tuesday evening. That's always a good sign. It was our first visit, but clearly they have established regulars. With wine and a generous tip, the evening was $150 per person after selecting one of the most expensive entrée options available. Not inexpensive, but the exceptional experience felt worth the exceptional price. We will return.More infoPorterhouse Steak and Seafood - Lakeville$$$$• Steak• Lakeville•4.8
