    Excellent atmosphere, service, and food. We arrived early for our dinner date and they kindly sat us at the bar to grab a glass of wine and our tapas. Such a local gem.

    A great restaurant with great food, a unique ambiance, and an excellent location. The log-built restaurant has a great and varied menu. The open, well-lit kitchen was impeccable, with a pizza oven and grilling ranges, etc. I had the 8 once filet, which was the best I have had in a long time. My wife had the Caesar salad with chicken, which was excellent, and to round it off, we shared a very good carrot cake. Our server was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable of the menu, wine list, and dessert options. All in all a super place. We'll be back for sure and will highly recommend The Blue Canyon Restaurant.
