Have been several times. The whole experience has always been excellent. It's a little pricey - but probably worth it when compared to other similar establishments.

First visit, lovely pub and great atmosphere. Made us feel very welcome. We will definitely return.

Excellent menu. I can thoroughly recommend the trout. Some unusual sounding flavour combinations but what I had certainly worked on the plate.

We went tonight, having read reviews was not sure what to expect. However, we had Broccoli and Stilton soup and Tempura Tiger Prawns for starters followed by Steak and Ale pie, all was lovely and well cooked. There was plenty of steak in the pie, home made chips and veg, all for a great price. Staff were welcoming and friendly. We would definitely recommend

The food and service were excellent, a gem of a place right in the middle of Keswick would highly recommend
