Our Server Anna was very accommodating and kept checking in on us! She refilled our drinks even with the glass half full. The manager came out to ensure our food was good. We didn’t wait very long for service or our food. Especially on a Sunday. Every thing came out great. If our server forgot something we just reminded her and she came back right away. Will definitely dine again

Great service! Servers are very enthusiastic and passionate to help us. The appetizer combos for the table were great in that they were nicely dividable and had a good variety of appetizers. We all appreciated the free refills on the drinks.

Had a fantastic experience at Fez in San Jose! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the entire dining experience exceeded our expectations. A special shoutout to Francisco, who was absolutely outstanding. He was on top of his game from start to finish, providing above-and-beyond service. He was friendly, attentive, patient with all of our requests, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu and offerings. His recommendations were spot on and made our experience even better. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find, and Francisco truly made our visit memorable. We will definitely be coming back and look forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

This was our first visit to this restaurant. We were seated immediately upon checking in at the front door. The staff was very friendly. Service was excellent and the food was served quickly, hot and ready to eat. We were not rushed and had time for table conversations. Noise level very quiet. We would recommend and will return.
