    The food was amazing and so great for my wife who is gluten free! We had the oysters, clam chowder and fish and chips and it was all delicious. We would highly recommend this place and will definitely go back!

    Delicious small plates, beautifully presented and full of flavour. Recommended 3 small plates per person which was spot on. Tuna, oysters and monkfish were our favourites followed closely by the duck confit and gnocchi. Sommelier is really knowledgeable and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed the accompanying wine. Lovely relaxed vibe. Would definitely recommend and visit again when next in Galway.

    Vaughans on the Prom was a joy to visit. The setting is fabulous, the tables are placed with plenty of space around each dining group, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The food was excellent, but the waiting staff were what deserves most praise. From entering the premises , to being seated, our orders taken and served, the staff were so well trained, courteous, friendly and professional. Well done Vaughans!
