An expression of simple, honest, nurturing food and drink that nurtures both the spirit and body.Juliette is an a-cultural restaurant, focusing less on vernacular dishes of New Mexico, but on the abundance of food that is grown/raised around us at any given time. We are excited to create a restaurant that is fun but also nurturing. The restaurant is very transparent about the ingredients we use and don't use…we only use good salt, avoid seed oils, have grass-fed beef, y mas.

Based on our server's recommendations, we started with the delicious pear salad with an excellent boursin cheese - yum! I got the veggie wellington and my partner got the pork belly dish. Both were excellent and the roasting of the pork belly was outstanding! Our red wine was really good too. We highly recommend ACEQ!
