The 44-acre estate Rancho Encinal was built for geophysicist and Texas Instruments’ founder Everett Lee DeGolyer and his wife Nell.     Just the most amazing hidden gem of a restaurant! We live a few miles down the road, but had never been in. We cannot wait to return! The ambience and decor was refined, the food melted in our mouths (down to the hand stuffed blue cheese stuffed olives) and the service from our server, Brian, was out of this world! The chef, Eduardo, is beyond talented and if we could award a Michelin star, we would! Make your reservation today!!!!!
