The Story of Josephine’sThe story of Josephine’s begins during our executive chef Daniel LeBoon’s childhood. At eight years old, working for his father’s catering company, Daniel discovered a passion for food. This love — and undeniable talent — saw him intern at Philadelphia’s prestigious Le Bec-Fin. He went on to work in Paris at the venerable Hotel Vernet working under the renowned chef’s Alain Solvere and Alain Ducasse. In 2004, Daniel purchased Josephine’s in Marietta and developed an extremely loyal following based on the combination of great food, great atmosphere and great hospitality. Everything was exceptional except our pizzas were not very hot and we were told there was no way to warm them up. They would have been excellent if they could have been warmed up.

Everything was wonderful! Only downside was the bouillabaisse was not very flavorful for the hype on the weekends. Small and disappointing for the price. Appetizer was wonderful and delicious cocktails.

I am always very pleased with the quality of my experience. The ingredients and preparation of a high quality french dish cannot be overstated. This restaurant delivers every time! The staff is very pleasant and attentive. Ambience is very good, cozy but not intrusive. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. And yes, quality meals and staff cost a little more. You get what you pay for here.
