The Wynn Room has a private bar and can be set up for various functions. There is no cost to rent the Wynn room but the minimum spend ranges from $1000-$6000 depending on the displacement of our regular business at this time. ie. Weekdays in the off season is $1000 and Saturday on July long weekend is $6000.

Cassios is a charming Italian restaurant in Jasper, Alberta with a casual décor and plenty of dining choices. You can eat in for breakfast or dinner, order for take-out or choose from the catering plated dinners or tour group menu. Breakfast is offered a portion of the year and offers traditional breakfast items such as omelets, breakfast meats, hash browns and a breakfast parfait. Lunch is not served at Cassios. You will find many traditional Italian dishes on the dinner menu, as well as a few unique items. Speaking of unique, at Cassios you can enjoy a six-ounce game burger made with a blend of elk, bison, venison and beef.     Dinner was for my gf’s birthday. Had made a request for seating and it was ignored but such as it is. The food, service and ambiance though were fantastic! Gf had the sirloin and on a recommendation from a friend, had the Bison Short ribs. The sirloin was excellent but the Bison Short ribs were out of this world delicious. I see why it’s a recommended plate. In the spring and summer try and get a table along the window as the view of the lake would be spectacular as a backdrop. Having gone in October, it got dark by 7:30pm so the view gets lost. When returning to Jasper we would absolutely eat here again!!
