    Excellent food and a wonderful dining experience! I've had dinner here twice in one week, which says a lot. The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Central and West Maui with a beautiful setting overlooking the water. The whole fried fish special was absolutely superb—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The rolls were delicious, and the buttermilk fried chicken was crispy, tender, and hit the mark. Great food, a lovely atmosphere, and attentive service. I'll definitely be back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable meal on Maui.

    Food, service, hospitality, renovation, and interior design of mew Miso Phat at Maui Coast Hotel were all amazing. Extremely impressed by what the owner was able to accomplish with 2nd Kihei location. As always, sushi was of the highest quality and delicious.
