The Bristol does not disappoint. Greeted by M upon arrival and our table was ready. M is very welcoming, calls me by name, and stops to visit at the tableside. Green chili wontons, delicious as expected, and Collin, our server, was prompt and attentive as usual. We tried the pork chop, very tasty and the chop tender. Collin does a good job, he likes to chat and catch up on news, almost like being among friends.
