Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio. Despite this big change, our principles initially founded remain the same: to offer food that distinguishes the best of local products.

    One of the best bars we have ever been to. The ambiance, the staff THE DRINKS absolutely amazing..The cocktail selection is extensive, with well-crafted classics and inventive new concoctions. We were so lucky to get a reservation. I would recommen anyone visiting Mexico City to check out Handshake speakeasy.

    Ling Ling is a fantastic restaurant in the heart of Mexico City's financial district. Located 20+ floors above The Ritz, the view from the 56th floor is genuinely breathtaking. The cuisine is chef-inspired and very good for an Asian infusion menu, but the ambiance and staff make Ling Ling, Mexico, a destination that is not to be missed. They even made sure our 8-year-old son, who was celebrating his birthday, received a very special fortune cookie wishing him Happy Birthday on a very special day. We were visiting from the US and fully impressed by the level of service provided from start to finish both by Managers and staff. Well Done!

    Testal has become an absolute gem at their downtown location. It’s like the oasis needed in a hectic area of CDMX. Had to start my meal with a nopales salad and also had to try their season special, Chiles en Nogada!! That I can confirm are the best in town! Thank you everyone at Testal for making my meal a memorable experience!!
