"My husband and I have eaten here many times. The food is good and we usually receive decent service. However, there is a problem when it comes to making reservations on Open Table because the restaurant claims they do not take Open Table reservations (HUH???). If that is the case, then they should not be listed. The supervisor/manager on duty is always apologetic, but I feel that this problem has to be rectified. It is just such an inconvenience, because every time I eat at TGI Friday's, I have to contact Open Table to let them know I showed up for my reservation."See more
