    1000/10 experience. This place is an absolutely must when you come to Japan. Have been to Japan twice and this was by far the best experience I’ve had either time. The staff is so friendly and guide you through the entire experience educating you on where all the food, tea, etc. is from and the history behind it. This was a truly unbelievable cultural experience. Can’t wait to come back! They better open one of these in the US!!!

    Our chef Yuki was incredible. She explained every dish she was making and prepared them expertly. She was a delight and a wonderful addition to an amazing meal. The views of Kobe harbor from the restaurant are fantastic especially after sunset when the lights of the city come on. The food and service were both top notch. A fantastic experience I can’t wait to have again!
