Vernal Brewing Co is a locally owned and operated restaurant and brewery. One of the big attractions for this restaurant is the brewery tours. Visitors can sign up beforehand and get a full guided tour of Vernal's beer-making process, and even try a few of the signature brews on the way out. Vernal has a constantly rotating selection of seasonal beer alongside year-round staples like the Allosaurus Amber Ale and the She's A Peach Wheat Ale.Vernal's food menu is filled with simple, rustic and hearty plates. Starters include fried brussels sprouts, beer cheese soup, chicken wings and mixed pickles. Larger plates also have a great variety of flavors with the Southwestern style of the stacked enchilada to the Italian influence of the salmon pasta with spinach almond pesto and topped with parmesan cheese and shaved green onion.
