Yes, yes, yes, yes, a million times yes. What, do the Michelin reviewers not know that there is a train that goes to Rye? I’ve been to several Michelin starred restaurants, and this is as good, if not better than most. Each dish a sensory explosion. A top ten dining experience of my lifetime.

We had the most amazing meal last night at the union. First of all, the service couldn't have been more perfect with knowledgeable staff and accommodating in every way. We had the spider crab, the green beans, oysters, beet salad, gnocchi And mackerel. There was not one thing we would not order again with our favourites being the beet salad, the spider crab and the green beans. The oysters were fresh and tasty and the minionette and spring pea and chili oil sauce was superb. Honestly one of our best meals ever in the UK. Kudos to chef Williams and his staff. Thank you again for a lovely lovely meal
