    Wild Blue never fails to impress and deliver. In a cozy, chic setting, the atmosphere is light and joyous. The cocktail list intrigues, the wine list impresses, and the menu beckons. The seasonal prix fixe is a superlative value and the pairings are delicious. Every trip to Whistler, go twice.

    I came in last night for dinner and drinks at the bar and had a top class night. I was greeted at the door warmly by the lovely manager Viv. Both bartenders Evan and Katie looked after us with 5 star service, recommending the new roasted chicken risotto (incredible!) and making sure our drinks were always full. Two managers Kristi and Holly also made sure to stop by to chat with us, make us laugh and create a wonderful experience!

    Celebrating our 50th anniversary and the staff made it noteworthy. Bach our server was especially accommodating and genuinely attentive,warm,and helpful throughout our time at Hy's. The seasonal menu was perfect for our visit. We added some beverages amd couple extras as well taylored to our wants.
