- NNicoleNew York City •6 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoOnly in town for the weekend and I’ve always wanted to dine at Fraunces Tavern. This place is great no matter your party’s size. Tables for 2,4 and especially if you are a group of eight. Food was great. The salmon was actually crispy on top but perfectly cooked (medium rare). Fairly priced and good value.More infoFraunces TavernPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Financial District•4.6
- FFRANKNew York City •15 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe live in Rockaway and take the ferry to pier 11 . A short walk to Industry Kitchen, which has be come our favorite place to eat in lower Manhattan. The pizza is great and my go to small plate is the lamb Meatballs. But everything we have eaten there has been great. I also like that there no surcharge for using a credit card as so many places do now. I hate that and feel that if you need the money raise your price. Many places add the surcharge so the cover the card fee or get cash the they may or may not report.More infoIndustry KitchenPrice: Moderate• American• South Street Seaport•4.5
- MMaryNew York City •6 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThe maki rolls were very good and the black cod with miso was outstanding (melted in your mouth). Our waiter was very good and attentive. At no time did we ever feel rushed (this was on a Friday night). Is restaurant overpriced? Yes, but this is NYC and you’re paying for the name and their overhead is probably insane.More infoNobu Downtown | RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Financial District•4.8
- EEdvipNew York City •8 reviews5.0Dined on Sep 1, 2024This is one of the best restaurants my wife and I have visited in a long time, and we've enjoyed a number of superb restaurants over the years. The dry aged bone-in ribeye was out of this world, and we preferred it to the signature DelMonico's ribeye, which was still outstanding. The prices of the wines were fair, IMHO, but the wine list is heavily tilted toward high-end wines so overall the prices will knock your socks off. But be not afraid: if you know something about wine, you can find an excellent bottle at your price-point.More infoDelmonico'sPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Financial District•4.8
- GGlennNew Orleans / Louisiana •18 reviews5.0Dined on Aug 31, 2024We had a reservation for 6:00 and as soon as we arrived we were warmly greeted. Our server explained the specials and helped my wife pick out something lite which was halving the Tricolor Salad with me and an appetizer crab cake for her entree. I had the seafood with pasta and tomato sauce which is one of my favorite dishes. It was excellent. We also shared a bottle of Ruffino Chianti Classico Riserva which our server decanted. The wine was nice as I expected since I’ve had it numerous times before. Throughout the meal multiple individuals made sure our dining experience was exceptional. We finish with a nice Tiramisu. Overall a nice finish to our week in New York.More infoJoseph's RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Italian• Financial District•4.6
