Very good cocktails. Gin and tequila based mostly. Lovely small-ish bites. Amazing bang for your buck. Atmosphere definitely adds to the appeal. Servers are nice, knowledgable, and attentive. Authentic flavors. The new concept from Erick Williams adds a nice variety to his portfolio—also love that it’s right next to Virtue. Ask for one of their booths if available.

Amazing food and service. It was super easy to reserve even on the night of. Food shows up super fast and the workers are super friendly and personalable. I would highly recommend and my wife and I make this one of our stops everytime we are in in Hyde park for a staycation or date night.

I visited Jordyn’s Café in Hyde Park yesterday with a group of friends for a sit-down dinner, and once again, I had a fantastic experience. This was my third time at the restaurant, and Jathan was our host and server once again. He is truly one of the best servers I’ve encountered in a long time—attentive, professional, and always with a pleasant attitude. He took care of all our needs with ease, and I really appreciated how he remembered me from previous visits and greeted me with such kindness. The food was, as usual, amazing, and the ambiance of the restaurant, paired with great music, makes it one of my favorite places to eat in the neighborhood. It’s a great social spot that never disappoints. Thank you again, Jathan, for being such a wonderful and attentive host—your service makes every visit special! Mz. D

Had a quality time of dining at Virtue this week. The Sazarac was spirit forward, just how I like it and service was prompt and attentive. I ordered the gizzard for my appetizer, it's been since childhood since I've had this and it didn't disappoint - seasoned, crunchy flour coating with a tender bite on a bed of rice. Ordered the short rib and it was tender to the touch. cut it with a fork, no need to use a nice because it just easily came apart. Well seasoned, different flavor notes and comfort on a cold winter day. The mashed potato bed with spinach was a great accompaniment and added to this meal. Definitely getting the short ribs again.

From start to finish the night was a vibe! Would definitely come back. Definitely recommend to all. As a girls night or dinner date or whatever.
