Since 2002, Gaetanos' Ristorante has brought our passion for real Italian food to Henderson. Family-owned and operated, we feature gourmet Italian cuisine in a fine-dining atmosphere.Our pasta is made in-house and all of our sauces are made from scratch. Everything is cooked to-order. Every single item, from the starters to the entrées, was mouthwatering, flavorful, and scrumptiously prepared to perfection. Every bite was a delight! Hands down to the chef for the outstanding culinary excellence and to the management team for ensuring such a memorable dining experience.     Always a real dining pleasure. Justin, the waiter, is excellent. His memory of one's favorites is outstanding. Efficient and caring! Brooke, the hostess, is always welcoming and remembers which table is a preferred one. The brunch is a great treat where choices abound and flavors are fine.

    There is no other restaurant that gives such impeccable service from keeping your water glass filled to serving drinks immediately, removing finished plates and ensuring that you have everything you need. Nick, the owner, is on the floor and talks to most of his guests making sure that you are taken care of. The food, I believe, is the best Italian in town. From the house made pasta to a current addition, a steak grill which we tried on Friday night. The ribeye was tender and seasoned nicely. The mushroom soup was creamy and delicious with the truffle oil and the cannoli was a perfect ending. Gaetanos is our favorite Italian restaurant and its a staple in our household.

    The food at Prosecco is always very good. The wait staff are on the money; always there to help with whatever you need. Danielle comes to each table to check that his patrons are satisfied. Love going to Prosecco.
