A French restaurant that will not disappoint. Thank you, Chef Julien, for a wonderful evening. We started with Sydney rock oysters and the snails - sublime! For mains, my husband had the lamb and I indulged in the beef bourguignon with ratatouille and greens to share. My husband practically licked his plate and I was not far behind! Our group certainly couldn’t get enough and we may have indulged in desserts, all of which were spectacularly decadent and delightful. We won’t give away all the treats on offer but we certainly cannot wait to return! (The French onion soup and quenelles of snapper looked delicious). This is truly the reinvigoration of French cuisine in the Southern Highlands and should not be missed. Our new favourite. Thank you again for again for a wonderful evening.

Andie’s has been open 6 weeks so we thought we’d give it a try (live locally). What a great redefinition of the place. My uncle owned the old motel for 50 years so it’s great to see Andie’s taking a fresh perspective on a brilliant location. The redesign is excellent - what used to be the dining hall for the motel has been revamped into a sleek and modern space with more tables than I thought possible but still lots of space. Great atmosphere and the tables seemed to turn over a few times. But we went for the food, which was amazing. Straciatella, eggplant chips and crudo starters were all fantastic. Hard to pick a winner from this bunch but we’d definitely recommend the unique eggplant spin. The ribeye was our shared large plate, with roast snake beans. The meat was wonderfully cooked and served, perfect for 2 of us. All washed down with a bottle of Chianti- lovely wine list, lots of different options but not voluminous. Hockey recommend trying this place and hope it sticks around!!

Love Amigos, got in for Wing Wednesday before they close this location. They were pretty but I think because we were on the balcony we were forgotten. I don't like QR code ordering so we did miss out on more drinks. I'll have to sneak another visit before their final night. I'll have to go to the Wollongong restaurant for my Mexican fix. Shame to see you go 🥲

Fresh, flavoursome food nicely presented. Good value. The only suggestion would be to train staff to give that little bit extra in terms of the initial greeting of customers and more engagement with customers (checking in to see how things are going, but not TOO much). But overall a very good restaurant as evidenced by its popularity.

Good pub, good food. Quiet restaurant which is great.
