An expression of simple, honest, nurturing food and drink that nurtures both the spirit and body.Juliette is an a-cultural restaurant, focusing less on vernacular dishes of New Mexico, but on the abundance of food that is grown/raised around us at any given time. We are excited to create a restaurant that is fun but also nurturing. The restaurant is very transparent about the ingredients we use and don't use…we only use good salt, avoid seed oils, have grass-fed beef, y mas.

Based on our server's recommendations, we started with the delicious pear salad with an excellent boursin cheese - yum! I got the veggie wellington and my partner got the pork belly dish. Both were excellent and the roasting of the pork belly was outstanding! Our red wine was really good too. We highly recommend ACEQ!

We were welcomed within seconds of entering the door. We were shown to our table and the hostess was fantastic with showing us to our table. She immediately identified who our server was and the server appeared within a few minutes. We had cocktails in about seven or eight minutes, which, given the busyness of the place was extraordinary. The views from the deck were fantastic, and the food flavors were spectacular. I highly recommend requesting the full wine list as opposed to what they genetically give to the tables, which is just the wines by the glass and cocktails. The wine list is spectacular and if you do a little bit of homework while ordering your food, you will find a very good set of matches with the main entrées that are on the menu. I love the fact that they have a evolving menu based upon the chefs who are cooking for that weekend it makes it a very interesting and dynamic experience. I would come here on a regular basis if I could
