    In spite of the fact that there are probably thousands of restaurants in Las Vegas and many are really, really good, my friends and I come back to Echo and Rig on most of our visits. The quality of the ingredients, excellent preparation, and high quality service make this place stand out. Then, combine it with the value proposition of the very reasonable prices for the meal you're getting, it's almost crazy that you don't visit here. The ambiance of the restaurant itself and it's place in the Tivoli center makes it a very nice way to have a meal. Thank you to Echo and Rig's staff for being a highlight of our trip.

    Food was delivered quickly and was spot on. Unfortunately staff simply kept delivering courses without clearing the table of previous dishes and completed items. It’s definitely a negative to be eating at what should be a nicer establishment and having to eat with your finished dirty dishes piling up on the table.

    Fantastic as usual. We sat at the bar with Jim I believe. Friendly and helpful with suggestions. Great wine by the glass program. Spinach salad is AMAZING as was the drunken noodles. Marcus the owner, stopped by to chat. Excellent meal, service and value. Cheers!
