Restaurants near Courtyard by Marriott Winnipeg Airport

When it comes to steak, there has never been a more reliable level of quality than that always received at The Keg. The ONE thing that we noticed (and disappointed in) was the Mushroom Neptune, which we ALWAYS order as an appetizer. It was way too liquified/runny.

We were sat in a cozy nook perfect for a romantic dinner. The prime rib is cooked to perfection. The French onion soup is the best in the city! Billy Miner pie is the incoming on the cake to a lovely evening. Our server Jason was polished on his delivery and so friendly. 10/10 hats off to Jason and The Keg. We will be back.

We had the Nashville wings which were tasty as described. The shrimp too as an appy. 10 oz steaks cooked to perfection x 2 Shoutout to Sabrina for being there for us on a very busy evening.

Our server did amazing job. She was attentive and politely moved us to the lounge when it was time for another reservation. She made us feel welcome the entire time .. 6/5 stars ⭐️ Food was tasty and nicely presented. I got there 10 minutes early for our reservation that was at 11:15 AM. I noticed that we were seated right by the kitchen and that my view was the kitchen. I asked to be moved because the restaurant was empty but that wasn’t possible (there were only two other people in the entire restaurant) but the big plan could not accommodate a move even though I had made advanced reservations about two weeks ago. We will be back and other than a crumby view, and inability to accommodate us, it was great 👍

The server was very nice, explained the various dishes. Was quick to refill my wine glass. The borscht was a little thin and the roll was still cold in the middle.. the shortribs were good but could have had a more robust flavour. I couldnt taste the Guiness which was apparently the sauce. Good overall and i would go back and try a different entree.
