I rarely take the time to write reviews but this one really deserves it. We hail from San Francisco so we weren't expecting much from an Italian restaurant in Austin. We were blown away. We ordered the snapper and special pasta (chicken filled ravioli.) The snapper was cooked on their plancha and retained it's moistness. The pasta is on the top five list of pastas I have ever had in my life. I think they must have used smoked chicken from their wood burning grill. We weren't in the mood for beef, but wish we were as everything that was coming off that grill looked over the top good. We were fortunate enough to be sat at the kitchen counter (or they accidentally gave away our table for 2 and had to seat us there) so we had a front row seat to the magic that was coming out of the kitchen. This is kind of a nerdy comment, but the expediter gets an A+. They had a very large party upstairs (like 8 family style dishes at a time) and some how he was able to get all the other food out in a timely manner.

4 of us who have been in the restaurant industry for over 25 years dined together, and the level of service from Gabriella was at the top of anything we’ve ever experienced! Ask for her if you can. All of our was outstanding, beautifully presented, and perfectly prepared. We can’t wait to come back next time we’re in town!

Perry’s Steakhouse truly went above and beyond in every way! From the impeccable service to the elegant ambiance, everything was top-notch. The food? Absolutely amazing! Every bite was bursting with flavor, and the steaks were cooked to perfection. It was a dining experience we won’t forget. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a phenomenal meal in Austin!

I took my best friend to dinner last night at Trulucks, one of her favorite restaurants. We had an amazing experience from the minute we walked in the door. The beautiful young ladies at the front reception desk were so professional and friendly. The bartenders were attentive and created delicious cocktails for us. Jenna was our hostess and she was so patient with us and another one (I forgot her name) was lovely and showed us the upstairs of your new restaurant, which is magical. John was our waiter and he was very attentive and knowledgeable, and was also kind and professional even with our quirky questions and requests. I would ask for him as our waiter again. Everyone at the restaurant was great and the birthday celebration they provide for their guests birthday is really special. We created some amazing forever memories that night. Thank you, Trulucks.
