    Best restaurant in Montreal, without question. We make a point of coming here a few times every year, and it never disappoints. The foie gras is the best I’ve had anywhere. Every ingredient complements the others perfectly—nothing is masked or overwhelmed. You can taste each individual component, and together they create something even better. It’s thoughtful, beautifully balanced cooking that lets the quality of the ingredients speak for themselves. The food, atmosphere, and service are consistently exceptional. Modavie is one of the main reasons we look forward to visiting Montreal, and we’ll keep coming back.

    Absolutely fantastic dining experience! Staff was beyond accommodating in explaining what could be made gluten free (and by the way- almost every dish can be modified). They even had a divine 24-layer cake I could eat! Great ambience, 10/10 recommend!
