Just overall great. You can barely hear the casino machines in the background. The second you finish a plate, someone comes and takes it for you. Waitress/waiter doesn’t come at the worst time like when everyone has their mouths full.

Great food and service. We had dinner in one of the barrel rooms. Intimate.

Waitress was amazing and food was fast and delicious!! We did eat and play $40 combos for my family of 5. I thought it was well worth it especially that we went on Wednesday night making the games half off!

Good experience overall for RL. Biscuits were hot and fresh but didn’t get til meal came which is unfortunate. Got the surf and turf (filet/lobster) and was as expected. Will return

Both the food and service were great and appreciated by all in our party. Overall, it was a very enjoyable dining experience, and I would absolutely recommend giving Red Lobster - Charleston (Cross Terrace Blvd.) a try, if you haven't already. Although the wait time varies and can get quite long at times, particularly on weekends, mid-afternoon seems an ideal time to avoid crowds. We arrived at 3 pm, hoping that there would be little wait time since it was in between the lunch and dinner rush, and were seated right away, so that worked out very well!
