Heirloom is a full-service restaurant that is located in the historic Athenaeum Hotel on the grounds of Chautauqua Institution. From June 27 to August 30, we offer breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. On Sundays, we have a wonderful brunch buffet and offer a buffet dinner only. A lounge menu is available 11 a.m. - 10 p.m. daily, with drinks available until 11 p.m.

Join us for casual fine dining in an eclectic atmosphere. Our kitchen is led by chef owner Bruce Stanton. We take pride in sourcing and preparing fresh quality seafood and meats, pastas, unique salads and southern inspired dishes. We are steps from Chautauqua Lake ( public dock in summer) , a short drive from the National Comedy Center, Chautauqua Institution, and the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel. Booking special events on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday evenings and luncheons everyday. Stella will be closed from November 22- December 1, reopening Wednesday, December 2nd. Also, we close for the month of January, reopening Wednesday, Feb 3rd!While we strive to accommodate our guests, specific table requests made on arrival may not be honored.     Every dish is consistently fabulous. The staff, including Mickey, Jay, Krista, Carrie and Amy, are extremely friendly, professional and attentive. The owner, Laurie, is very accommodating and gracious. We just moved to the area 3 months ago and Stella’s is our favorite by far. Thank you Stella’s!!!!!

    My fiancé and I decided to try Lucia’s for the first time. This was our last anniversary as an unmarried couple and what a phenomenal experience it was. Thomas provided some of the best service we have ever had. The food and cocktails were as great as he was. Everything we ordered delivered and even exceeded what we had expected. We cannot wait to make this a yearly (at least) place for us!
